To our Nourish community,

With full hearts, the team at Nourish are thinking of you during this crisis of COVID-19. We have so much gratitude for everyone on the front lines, from public health officials, nurses, and doctors, to food service teams, civil servants, and community organizations, all working tirelessly to prepare and provide for those most vulnerable during this time. Thank you -- you are the safety net holding the country together right now.

In light of COVID-19, Nourish has decided to delay the launch of our new programming, planned for mid-April. For now, we recognize the need to focus on the short term response to this crisis, rather than to the longer-term goals of building a collective transition to more equitable, sustainable future. We’re doing our part to flatten the curve and to support so many of you to keep up with the needs of your patients, colleagues and communities.

We will continue to look toward the horizon and work on the promise of more sustainable and equitable health care systems in our future. We commit to being adaptable in our timing and programming so that it is responsive to the needs of our partners and collaborators in this work to harness the power of food to build health for people and the planet. Through this, we are still looking for someone to join our team as the Anchor Collaborative Program Manager (job posting here). We will continue to read the situation and keep you updated about our revised plans.

We are with you, believe in you, and care for you,

The Nourish team
Hayley, Jennifer, Cheryl and Jim
