The first ten planning grants have been awarded. Congratulations to all of the teams who submitted their Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Anchor Collaborative Cohort over the first two intakes! It’s hard work to invest in the future as we all continue to navigate the daily ups and downs of the ongoing pandemic.

Final Expressions of Interest Intake - March 26

Emerging teams have one last opportunity to share an EOI with us by March 26, 2021. We are pleased to extend the opportunity by adding five additional $5,000 planning grants for this final intake as well. These grants will support interested teams to bring together diverse health care and community partners to explore innovative ways of leveraging food to build health for people and planet.
